Database got corrupt by SQL Injection Attacks”. How to Repair ?

Out of all made Database, I have found that my one of the MDF Database has got completely removed or may be even damaged. When I had opened the Enterprise Manager than also I found no database there, May be, this is happening because of SQL Injection Attacks. Meanwhile this is suspicious for me also as I could not find its actual cause. This SQL Injection attacks has been getting in my system for last few days. So it could be one of the reasons. For already inserted injection attacks I had inserted malware codes in my Database tables. With this I have cleaned up maximum of them and added the codes for them to block the attacks.
But again, these SQL Injection attacks are causing harm to my Database. Is there any measure by which these attacks can get minimized and I can save my Corrupt Act! Database MDF? State any recovery option by which I can have my important Database back.
