I am middle in the problem. Facing error in I/O operation on sql. Give solution for best command to repair mssql database ?

I was working on mssql database and encounter a problem. I don’t have any idea about that. I want a quick solution for that. The error display like: “Error 823
I/O error detected during at offset in file ‘’”
Actually I was accessing the MDF file. Is there any operating system problem or MDF corruption? I want to know about the command to repair mssql database for .mdf file corruption. If the mdf file is generating the problem.
