Bug in libmysql.dll ?

‘libmysql.dll’ causes popup of error messages while working with Visual C++, Borland C++ and other related applications.

I have been working with Windows OS for many years and performed many application related tasks and handled lots of problems. But when it comes to Visual C++, Borland C++ and other applications like Apache’s mod_php it causes an error message popup. It is giving error related to some ‘libmysql.dll’ file.

Why this error message with Visual C++ as operating system I am using and Visual C++ both are from same vendor (Microsoft). Other vendors product can be considered but with Visual C++.

I am not getting any clue related to the problem. Please, help me to get rid of this problem.

Any suggestions or advice will be appreciated.
